Folder files linger on

Hi,

When I try moving or deleting files from particularly large folders (pictures, videos), the file is moved/deleted, but its icon doesn't vanish from view. Instead, it is still lingers there, and when I double click on it, nothing happens, because the actual file has already moved/been deleted.

The only way for the folder to refresh itself and show the changes is if I click *back* and go to its mother folder and then click *forward* to get back to the folder again. :pfff:

Why is this happening and is there a way to fix it?

The image is cached, it will remain untill the folder is refreshed and the cache cleared, that's normal it helps with the display time when files are present.

Yeah but why does this only happen on some folders? What is the deciding factor? Folder size?
