leadtek gf2mx400 question

on a 1.33ghz tbird and 256mbpc133 RAM, how would a leadtek geforce 2mx400 64mb handle CS and tribes 2? and for both games 1024x768xmax settings? my budget is vveerryy tight so $115 is all i can spend on a gfx card. (oh yeah the card is $113)

get the leadtek 32mb MX SH PRO instead ($98 at pricewatch). The 64mb version has 6ns ram and the 32mb has 5ns ram. I had a leadtek 32mb MX SH PRO and it ran at 215mhz core and 250mhz mem. It was almost as fast as a gts. It will play cs at 1024x768 really nice for you.

DUDE NO!!! If you can afford and find get Gainward GeForce2 MX400 3.5ns it o'clockes up to 300Mhz memory and performance sometimes better than GTS, if you can't get it then go to www.pricewatch.com and type Gainward CardExpert GeForce2 MX 32Mb 5ns Twin View Golden Sample, this card ROX!!!!!! I got ~3200 in 3dmark and some gts cards perform worse, it is also o'clockable from 175/166 to 250/230! this is an advice from the bottom of my heart! (I think fist one is about $120 and second one is $100)

LOL, now now now, let's not say that the MX400 is always better It always makes me feel bad about my 64Mb GTS card. If you want the higher resolutions, the bandwidth of the GTS is still superior:
