I can't install prophet 4500 drivers W2k won't boo

I can't manage to install my new KYRO 2 prphet 4500 on my new computer with win2k.
FIC AD11 (amd761/via686b) (laster bios)
SB live

Win2k boot when I don't install the drivers, but when I install them after rebooting when windows should prompt for login I get a black screen

PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!

Did you have any other video card installed before you tried to install the Prophet card? If you did, and did not change back to the Windows default vga driver before attempting the install, it won't work.
