Asus V7700 Deluxe question

Hi,

I'm currently upgrading my system to a AMD Athlon-C 1.3Ghz with 512MB DDR-ram cause I wanna be able to do some videoediting.

I need a good (read: quality is important) graphics card that enables me to grab video input from my VCR and DVD-player allowing me to make copies I can store on my harddrive and on CD's.

Will the Asus V7700 GeForce 2 GTS Deluxe package do the trick and if so, how do I connect my VCR and DVD-palyer to the card?
