I was wondering if someone could please help me out, not sure if this is my graphics card or if something else is causing this error. Every now and then my computer will freeze up and I get the blue screen of death error which reads something in the effect of VxD and a bunch of other numbers, then it asks me if I wanna hit any key to continue or ctrl alt del to restart. Now I am getting a little tired of rebooting my computer all the time. oh yeah, here are my specs:

AMD Athlon 1.2 gig t bird
Abit KT7A mb
512mb ram
Jaton Geforce 2 MX400 64mb + tv out
Sound Blaster Live
cable modem (roadrunner)

I think that is it, let me know please, if anyone can help me out. Thanks.

Try upload the new drivers for your motherboard and then reinstall direct X I believe that this will solve your problem.

If it works for you then don't fix it.

Could you please tell us wich OS it is. I have experiance with things like that in windows me. If it is 98 it shouldn't be that hard to fix. If it is win2k ..... your [beep] also if your running a os that could be uped do it.
ex. win98 up to win98se, win2ksp1 up to win2ksp2. With 98 upgrade fixes alot of probs without reinstalling from scratch.

"DONT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD UP TO WINME"
