HI i am having this problem with my m17x , the screen is going black though its working fine with external display, when i called tech support they said " your laptop is purchased in middle east and you can only get it serviced under warranty within middle east. " though i have an international warranty for 3 more years but they say that is only valid in the middle east. problem is i don stay there any more and going to dubai just to fix the lappy doesn't make sense..lol
is there any way i can get this fixed in the US . I will prefer Atlanta or somewhere close to it as i stay there, but anywhere in US will do fine.
