GeForce3 with AMD 1.33GHZ 266FSB?

I am leaning towards a GF3 card, prolly the Gainward. Anyone know a reason not to use the GF3 cards with AMD CPU? I am using the MSI K7T266 Pro MoBo too. Thanks for the advice!

youll get quite nice performance with that... very nice... no reasons against it... there are ways to get it to work if it tries not to...
