original dell dimension 4100 system came with altec lansing model acs340 3-speaker set
and the altec adapter was lost in a move

would anyone kindly know where to get a replacement adapter? have already received a
reply from dell support and they do not have this part

Try contacting Altec-Lansing. Or, if your manual tells you what the
specs are, go to Radio Shack, etc. - they probably have an adapter that
will fit.
