I want to add a HD to my 8200. Can I use an ATA/133 HD when the manual
sayd I need an ATA/66 or ATA/133? Do I need an adapter card or just
"plug it in"?

Just plug it in. The 8200 will handle it just fine. Make sure its set for
Cable Select.
