I have the AIW Radeon and I don't know which software application I am supposed to use for video capture. I have the OEM version of the card so I didn't get a manual. All I got was the card, all of the VIVO connections, and the driver cd.

The cd has a folder on it called "Capture" but when I try to run the install file, I get a message saying that my version of Windows (2000) doesn't need it. I know that the retail version of the AIW comes with Ulead software, but as far as I can tell the OEM version does not.

Please help me....

Best bet is to go to Rage3d and post that question. I don't own a AIW myself but plenty there do including OEM's. Just go to the Radeon Technical section and post or to the AIW section.

Did you also ge tthe software for the TV, DVD,and File Player. If you did, you can go to record mode by turning on the TV, then selecting the channel or input connector, then select the camcorder button on the bottm of the screen. Fi you would like to time record a program, you will have to go in setup, select the seceduler, select create new, then go through the new recording via Digital VCR wizard. For best results, use the best settings and I would recommend you have at least 256 MB of RAM and a 30GB HD. To see the online manuel, go to ATI's site here. This also will send you to the download site for all the latest drivers and software releases.

If it works for you then don't fix it.
