What do you recommend??

I've had people suggest (and also i've seen in other posts) that a GeForce 2 GTS or a Gainward Cardexpert GeForce 2 Pro/450 were the way to go. Is there anyone out there that can suggest is equivilent or better. I'm building a new computer so all suggestions welcome. Also I'm trying to keep the cost at a minimum BUT if there is a card worth spending money on please tell!

Need more information about the system that your going to build and what kind of applications you plan on running. The GF2 Pro is a good all-around performer.

My computer will hopefully consist of an Athlon 1400, an Acoustic Edge Sound Card, an AsusTek A7A266 Motherboard, and a video card which has yet to be determined.
