GeForce 2 MX AGP 4X UNSTABLE

Several months ago i buyed a Teppro Hulk 5 (GeForce 2 Mx).
I can´t make my sistem run stable when i enable AGP 4x and even less when i turn on the fastwrites option. I have an Abit KT7A-RAID w/ Duron 700@933 (7x133mhz),320 mb 133mhz sdram, HDD IBM DTLA 60.0gb 7200 rpm, sblive value.
I tried with every 4in1 via driver that was released.
I also tried all nvidia detonator drivers, and tried installing windows 2000 but anything changes.
If you have any recomendation, please write it down. I will apreciate any help you can give.

Put the blame where it belongs-on the VIA chipset! This is a known issue with those! Somebody will suggest a fix, but any company that has this many problems doesn't deserve my business!
