I have 2 seperate files (both zipped-1 is word documents,other PSP 8) that I
have added passwords to and although,I remember the passwords,I am being told
that they are incorrect. Is there any way for me to recover the passwords or
to delete them altogether???

Any advice would be appreciated.

You might find a shareware program or have to buy it:

http://www.password-crackers.com/crack.html

That's as good a place to start... Searching for zip password cracking is a
good search start too.
