More recently a bubble has popped up from the running programs tray in the
lwer right hand side of my screen thta says my virtual memory is too low. can
someone please help me remedy this preferably in english if possible.

In the first instance, run disk cleanup.
How much free space on C drive?
How much memory?

I have 67.6 gigs of fre spage in the hd and I have a gig of ram and i have
run disk cleanup several times

What is the exact error message? Did you just upgrade, install any new
programs or hardware?
Do you have your pagefile configured too small?
Right click my computer/ advanced tab/ performance/ settings/ advanced and
click on change ,select system managed size OR use one third more than
actual RAM size.
