Herc 4500 or Winfast GTS2 Pro 64Mb?

Hi all,

I'm about to get a new system, and have a choice between 2 video cards at approximately the same price. A Winfast Geforce2 GTS Pro 64Mb or A Hercules 4500. The Winfast is $5 more then the 4500. Which would be the better choice?

200/400 overclockable to 220/460ish

a sweet card (bit i could only afford the 32mb one)
