I bought a 1 GB memory kit which I had trouble running at stock speed at dual channel. I E-mailed OCZ's tech support with the problem and within about an hour they replied saying it is probably the mobo but they wouldn't mind me sending them the sticks for testing and they would replace them even them with anohter pair for me to check if that one works.
Just though I'd let people know that when thinking about buying from them, know that if there is a problem with the product they will take care of it.

but I'll never be happy and I'll never be free
'till I'll [-peep-] the army like the army [-peep-] me

Amen to that. I had 2 sticks which had their heat spreaders were coming off, had an RMA# in a matter of minutes after Emailing them.
When I was mailed back other memory sticks it seemed like these were brand new, as the mirror copper heat spreaders are impossible to clean for finger prints.
