NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM PARAGON TECHNOLOGIES, INC!

Hi,

I just wanted to alert everyone to avoid buying anything from PARAGON TECHNOLOGIES, INC (www.ptn.com)!!! Even if what your buying is 1/2 the normal price, dont do it!! I took a chance and ordered a 1.2 G Thunderbird from them, which they didnt have in stock. I cancelled my order literally 45 minutes after it was placed, when I was made aware of this fact. They proceeded to charge my credit card (american express - due monthly) after I received a cancellation confirmation email from their sales department.

Its been two months now, they wont respond to my emails,or phone calls and the charge hasnt been removed from my account. Now I have to go through the NIGHTMARE of fighting this charge with American Express!!!

I have used a number of other online vendors who are excellent and have either the same, or better prices, than Paragon.

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!
