Good evening... Last night I tried to flash an updated BIOS from the Acer website as I saw it might help my screen, I accidentally flashed a previous Bios version it shut down during the flash and now I have the BLACK SCREEN, however, my LED lights work, fan works, CD Drive works, I can hear the Hard Drive but no screen and when I hook it up to external monitor there still is nothing.
I downloaded the correct newest version from the ACER website and renamed it as specified everywhere I found the discussion...
When I hold down FN & ESC then power button, neither one of my blue LED lights flashes like everyone says they should. I have tried 2 different Flash Drives formatted in FAT and FAT 32, my stepdads had the light indicator on it for when it is in use and it would not light up except for right after power was turned on.
Any suggestions? For all I know it flashed it but without the external display working as it did before I don't know what's going on with it.
