I just got a first Radeon card a few months ago for about $175. I wanted to know how much was it when it was first introduced? I trying to figure out how long it will before I get the Radeon 2. I just can't justify spending $399 on a graphics card. I can't justify paying more than $200.

I doubt the Radeon 8500 will come out at $399. It will probably start at around $300 to compete with the GeForce3. If you don't want to pay that much, then get a Radeon 7500. It will also greatly outperform your Radeon 64MB DDR.

I disagree for Radeon 7500. This a card is only a normal RADEON that you already have but with high clock. Something like 250 MHz instead of 183 or 200 that you have. Hey, you have a great card right now: I just bought one myself less than a month ago. What's wrong with your card?
