"ERROR: Please run the program from the Admin account so it can set up your
license. Once the license is set up, you can run it from any account."
I get the above error when I run a user account on my computer as Limited. I
do not get the error message when I run this user account as Admin.

Problem: I do not know what "program" this error message is referring to.
How can I find out?

When you see the message, open Task Manager. That should tell you what
application or process is placing the window. Smells a little fishy to me.
