In the C:\Windows subdirectory are the following subdirectories:
$hf_mig$
$MSI31Uninstall_KB893803$
$MSI31Uninstall_KB893803v2$
$NTUninstallKB#### (multiple instances of this with different numbers)

Running Windows XP Home, with Service Pack 2.

Can these subdirectorys be deleted safely?

Thanks.
