New PC hesitates when playing a video or game

Hello,
I just brought my acer 5750G 2 months ago. Everything was fine. Now when I want to look at videos on youtube or play games on facebook it keeps hesitating or sometimes it won't start the video.

it's either your internet connection sucks or you can return it...thanks. It was working fine with the internet connection untill about 4 days ago. My husbands is working great wth the connection we have. We brought it in Spain. Now we are in Denmark. I guess when we go back to Spain in a few months I have to take it back
