IE and mozilla crashes in windows 8

Hello, whenever i try to run firefox or internet explorer it crashes, ive tried to restore the system but it was not successfully restored it shows some errors which i don't understand.

I suspect that your computer has memory errors, I run both Firefox and IE on Windows 8 without problems. Try running memtest86 for at least three passes. It has been my experience that the final version (not the preview versions) is mostly crash free, not as good as Windows 7 but good enough. The preview versions are very buggy and if you are running the preview version expect crashes.
