Slow Asus V7100 Pro

I recently upgraded from my old 16MB Voodoo 3 3000 AGP card to a 64MB Asus V7100 Pro MX400 card, and there isnt much difference!! I have the latest detanator drivers for it and although it changed my 3d marks in 3d mark 2001 from 1000 to 2400 (my voodoo got 1500), I still feel it is slow in games like Serious Sam and Operation Flashpoint. Mainly Serious Sam, as it is no different to the Voodoo frame rate wise.
Does anyone have any ideas on what could help boost the performance? Because im sure the GF2's are supposed to do much better!

System specs:
AMD Duron 600 @ 935 (110x8.5, 42C, 48C under load)
Asus A7V motherboard (original bios)
384MB PC133 RAM
48.6GB IBM 7200RPM ATA100
10GB Seagate 5400RPM ATA66
64MB Asus V7100 Pro MX-400
Creative Vibra 128 sound card
Pioneer 16x DVD-ROM
Creative 32x8x4x CD-RW
Windows 2000 Pro / Windows ME

Anything else that you need to know? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Make sure FSAA isn't enabled. Overclock the card to 240 core/260 memory.

AMD technology + Intel technology = Intel/AMD Pentathlon IV; the ULTIMATE PC processor
