Yep. I have the Asus V8200 Deluxe GF3 working on an Asus A7V-KT133A. I have over clocked my GF3 to 235/555 with NO problems, but I do have a small wind tunnel for a computer case, lol. It also comes with a "Smart Doctor" that tells you the GPU/MEM temp, and AGP Voltage and fan RPM. I like the TV in/out and Video editing you can do with the Deluxe, but if you are just gaming save some money and get the Asus Pure GF3. The 3D glasses are a bit lame, because you have to reset your Refresh rate to 140MHz
and on my 21”, I have to put the resolution down to 1024*768, and I am sure at the high a refresh rate it's not good for the life of your monitor. But it's a good video card; I think.
