The problem is when I do "Inicio/Todos los programas" and I try right button
on mouse to display menu to select the option to classify the list of
programs in alphabetical order, this not works. Only a blink appears but not
the options list. I have XP Pro SP2.
Can anyone give me any help to solve this?

Bom dia, José,
If I understand correctly what you are trying to do, you can move an
item within any sub-category by dragging it to the desired position,
above or below another item.

Bill, in responding your fast help I will told you that it is not true,
What I try to do is to arrange in order the All Program List using the menu
emerging when right button is pressed.
Actualy this emergent list is not shown.
I can't move this items dragging it.
Is now more clear my problem?

Bom dia, José,
If I understand correctly what you are trying to do, you can move an
item within any sub-category by dragging it to the desired position,
above or below another item.
Then select the Fixes for XP. Next, look for "Restore the Right Click Context Menu".
As I stated, be sure to backup your registry files first.

Quite apart from what Maurice points out, that you are missing (at
least part of) the right-click context menu, I don't know why you are
not able to drag the items - I do it all the time.

Good evening,
I applied without sucess the indicated fix "Restore the Right Click Contex
Menu".
This happens only with Star/All Programs and Ialso can't drag nor delete the
10 programs on top of Start Menu.
Context Menu works fine in all other programs.
Do you have more posibilities to deal with this pb. ?

Ola,
You appear to be missing the Right-Click context menu when you click the
Start menu programs.
First, make a Save System Restore point on your system.
Then take a look at Kelly's XP Korner for a registry tweak.
Then select the Fixes for XP. Next, look for "Restore the Right Click
Context Menu".
As I stated, be sure to backup your registry files first.
