How can i watch TV on pc??

I want to buy a graphic card that allow me watch TV with
my Desktop.
I dont know the feature about TV-IN and TV-OUT,I WILL BE
VERY APPRECIATE IF SOME ONE CAN HELP ME

Is CardExpert GeForce2 MX 400 64MB SDRAM AGP ok??

you either want a dedicated tv card
or somethink like a ati radion all in wonder (very good allround card iv'e heard)
someone else maybe able to give you more info on this subject

I think you either want a card to watch TV on your monitor.. i.e Hauppage etc or a graphics card with TV out so you can watch your pc on a TV ?? which is it you want?

You can use either a TV card (such as the TV-Wonder VE), a TV-card with additional inputs for other video devices (such as the TV-Wonder), or a video card with Video In and an external TV tuner, suck as a cable box or VCR.

Comp USA. The TV-wonder VE goes for $50, the full version goes for $80, I would get the full version card, it has a lot more features (including better recording features).
