I have installed my Geforce2-mx400-64Mb-TV card. Initially i experienced that my Targa monitor switched off during the boot. I updated my BIOS and this problem appeared to have disapeared. However now and only on my first boot(i.e. after the system was switched off for a while)i reach the desktop where it will either hang, trace colourfull bits after mouse pointer or go totaly purple. My OS is win2000 (sp-2), motherboard Intel VC820, Intel Pentium III 667. (I had the same problem with Windows ME) When i subsequently reset the system everything is OK?
Is my card defect? Is there a conflict with the motherboard?
