cant access files in certain folder
Last response: in Windows XP
I have mistakenly moved some files into a folder on one of my partitions in xp. the folder is F:\b676a83a074957e609f or something like that. the folder has another folder (download) in it and some dll files like urlmon.dll. for some reason i cant access or touch any files in that folder, i even tried to access the folder from another cd and access was denied. i cant even access the files in dos prompt, or change the files from read only. please help, as i cant access those files! thanks.
