I am working on a machine and it is fine in all ways but one. The POST
is great and goes through well. BTW ~ I am using a SCSI for the boot
and IDE for larger storage.

The problem is that Windows ALWAYS says it finds a printer and wants to
install it but the printer is not there. I have installed and use two
different HP printers but this attempt to install the mythical printer
started before I even had a printer attached. COntrol panel shows the
printers I installed and no others and either works fine when attached
and set as default.

Where does Windows get this idea that there is this GHOST printer
learking and how can I tell it to forget it and get on with business
instead of dragging the boot out?
