My head phone and mic is not working

Hi Jay,

Did you just recently install Windows 7? If so, you may not have all the drivers that you need. You can try finding the drivers by running Windows Updates. Or, if you have a sound card you can visit your sound card manufacturer's website and download the proper drivers that way.
