Light and fast laptop

Looking for a nice, light, and fast laptop ( and by fast I mean boot time and how long it takes to open MS Word). I'm thinking an ultra book would be the best for me. I guess my real criteria would be that the laptop needs to have an SSD. Any recommendations. I hope that the laptop can be under $1000.
