Blank error message

Hey Guys,

One of the workstations on my network receives an error message after
login. There is absolutely no information or written text is this
window, however is does beep a couple of times, but it doesn't seem to
restricting any function at all. I've uninstalled the client (Novell),
but the problem remains - why should I do?
