Please help my Date/Time is out of sync every time I turn on my computer. I have to go to the Date/Time Properties and correct it. Is there something I can do to repair this problem?

Probably the battery on your motherboard running out of power. Pretty easy to replace.

If not your battery, it could be the time zone that you set in your windows is not the time zone that you supposed to be at. There is a service in winXP whereby it syncronizes the clock with the internet clock. So, whenever you connect to internet, it will try to sync with the internet time according to your time zone.

Yep - try to verify that you're in the correct time zone for you - before you mess with the CMOS battery.
