Help! SUWIN error

I am loading win 98 2nd on a fresh format.I keep getting a suwin error at different point while it is trying write the files to the HD.The last message I got was "Suwin caused a stack fault i module -0437:04a5" QSuwin will slose. I remember this from a long time ago but can't remember what caused it. Could it be the memory? And what does Suwin mean anyway. {Setupwindows?}Please help Bruce
