Theme stucked in classic

hi...iam using windows 7... i installed pack crystal clear software..it automaticaly changes into windows classic theme...then,after few minutes i uninstalled that...but,after that my themes are stucked in windows classic.. iam unable to change it into basic theme...i restored the system,but ther is no use..task bar showing like an classic only..pls help me......pls....i need solution for this
