ATI8500 or Asus8200

I am probably going to get an ATI8500 or Asus 8200 But I was just wondering:
1.if the card will work with my Computr, i have an intel pentium II 300 with 20GB hard drive with 256Ram.(now i have a Voodoo 3
2. what is the best card, the ATI 8500 or the ASUS 8200 ?

The Radeon 8500 is better IMO, but it's overkill for your computer.

You'd be very happy with the ati 8500. you will notice a difference in picture quality right away! but lol the ati 8500 is faster then your computer lol. so it's a bit overkill. Maybe consider the all in wonder radeon. same price as the radeon 64mb VIVO though.. deponds on your needs i guess.
