Whenever I try to click on IE on the desktop or the Start Menu, "Internet
Properties" pops up and I can't view a browser. This problem occured after I
used Disk Cleanup.

Right-click Taskbar, Properties, click Start Menu tab
Click Start Menu radio button, and choose Customize
In the Show on Start Menu section, select a browser
Click OK and close the dialog
