Windows 7 e mail programs

I have windows 7 when I open it my e mail automaticaly opens with out clicking on it I hate this because there are some e mails that I wish not to open is there anyway to stop this on my old outlook express I could open onely the e mail I wished to by clicking on each e mail. or right click to delet it with out opening it???

Windows 7 doesn't come with an email program built in. Did you install one? If so, which one?

Windows Live mail is a download and works like outlook express.
