Hi. I've been trying to stop my computer from freezing for a week now. I
have run every anti-virus/anti-spam program I can find and I'm apparently
virus/bot free. When I go into the Event Viewer, it has two errors:

Faulting application drwtsn32.exe, version 5.1.2600.0, faulting module
dbghelp.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x0001295d.
and
Faulting application msconfig.exe, version 5.1.2600.2180, faulting module
mfc42u.dll, version 6.2.4131.0, fault address 0x000043ed.

Does anyone know what I can do about this? Thanks for any help you can give
me.
Rocky
