internet explorer hangs, explorer hangs, control panel hangs. When I try to
delete temporary internet files, I get the following error message:

c:\windows\system32\shell32.DLL,control_runDLL
c:\windews\system32\inetcpl.cpl, Internet Options

I tried a couple system restores, but it didn't work. I've used spybot,
adaware, downloaded the latest windows updates. I have mcafee AV, and once
downloaded the firewall, but did not continue it.

So then... I logged off and logged on as a different user, and miraculously
everything works there.
