Copying Favorites from98 to xp

How does one copy it from win98 to xp?
Went to favorites dir. and copy it to floppy.
but xp wants it in html not text or something

you simply go into Windows directory and copy "Favorites" folder with all the "guts" in it, bring it the same way (just don't spill while carying) into XP (your profile) and replace it.
