The properties of some of the files in your folder may be protected/blocked
or read only.

Thanks jerry, but that's not it......
After I get the error message that I can't copy the xxx file.....i can go
into the directory open the file and copy the file individually with no
problem.
I've been on the phone with MS tech support for almost 2 hours
now.....arghhhhh

That would be too simple.......it could actually be a different file every
time.....
We think we've narrowed the problem down to a novell netware issue rather
than a windows xp issue.
