I use keyboard shortcuts extensively in Word, but they have stopped
working recently. The shortcuts I use are Shift + Del for Cut, Shift +
Insert for Paste, Ctrl + arrow keys to navigate around the document
etc.

Additional info: I installed SP2 some months ago. I do NOT have Sticky
Keys enabled (the only suggestion that Microsoft Help could come up
with!)

All suggestions gratefully received!

I find no such keystroke shortcuts, e.g. ctrl-X is what does a cut, not shift-del, nor do I see ctrl-arrow keys of any kind.
