Keyboard Shortcuts for Word not working

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support (More info?)

Going to:

http://office.microsoft.com/assist [...] 2&respos=1

I find no such keystroke shortcuts, e.g. ctrl-X is what does a cut, not shift-del, nor do I see ctrl-arrow keys of any kind.
