I use keyboard shortcuts extensively when dealing with Word documents,
but they have stopped working. The shortcuts I use are Shift + Del for
Cut, Shift + Insert for Paste, Ctrl + arrow keys to navigate through
the document etc.
My keyboard is quite ancient, but the shortcuts were working fine until
recently. I installed SP2 some months ago. I do NOT have Sticky Keys
enabled (the only suggestion that Microsoft Help can come up with!)
Anyone have any ideas? This is my first post, so please be kind!
