Is this a conversion from the online version or is this a higher-resolution
version? I've already converted to video-cd but I'd love to get a higher
quality original.

I think some people were having difficulty viewing it in the original format.
The .avi format is one that _almost_ everyone can view.

To make it more palatable, especially for non-Windows machines?
