I am running Windows XP Tablet PC. I installed SP2 and it appeared to be
successful. In My Computer Properties it says I am running v2622.

I kept receiving prompts to install SP2 for over a month but it was already
installed. Also, I can't install the Tablet Experience Pack because it says
I need SP2.

Any ideas of why it doesn't recognize SP2 when clearly it is installed?

thanks,
carman

Hello Carman,

Using Start menu, select RUN , and type in
WINVER

what is the full description on Version ?

You really should post your siatuation to Tablet PC group at microsoft.public.windows.tabletpc

And mention how you got SP2 -- whether from online Windows Update, or from CD, or otherwise.
And what is giving the prompt --- Automatic Updates ?
