Best laptop for secondary gaming machine/CS6 work?

I am looking for a secondary machine, preferably custom-built, or built myself (I would if anyone could find the proper parts online). I play a lot of games on high/max setting. Some of the games I play are Saints Row 3, Metro 2033, GTA4, TF2, Mirrors Edge, Sleeping Dogs, etc. I also do a lot of CS6 work in Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, and Flash. I am planning on taking on game design, but I could probably do that on my primary machine. I have no problem building it myself. My budget is under or around $1600. I was looking into getting one from Sager or Cyberpower, a friend has his machine from CP, and has had a good experience with them. I would prefer 17" if possible. A build I was looking at was a i7-3630QM, GTX 675, Samsung 840 120GB, 16GB Corsair Vengeance, and a 1TB 5400RPM drive for general storage. I do not care for Windows, because I have a copy already.
