I have a VGA USB camera#2 (I-cam 330) and i can seem to use it anymore since
system backup takes up 23% and my modem takes 35% of the bandwidth and my cam
needs 60% =/ euhm.. any help? or do you need more info?

Use a NIC (network interface card), like an Ethernet card, for you
network connection instead of flooding the USB channel with that
traffic. Connect your printer to the parallel port instead of using
USB. Connect your keyboard and mouse to the PS/2 ports instead of the
USB port. Use an external SCSI drive instead of an external USB drive
for backup, which also means you need to get a SCSI card that has an
external connector on the card slot.
