Hi,

I'm about to buy a Sony Vaio PCG-FR415B Notebook (I want to spend less than 1000€ for a Notebook). Its pretty well equipped (15" TFT, 512MB Ram, 40GB HD, Radeon shared-memory & CD/RW-DVD Combo), my only concern is the CPU: Its a Celeron 2800Mhz! Is this CPU really so slow?

Are there any comparable/better Notebooks which are also priced under 1000€? (I found a Dell Notebook with a 1,4Ghz Centrino for 1099€ but - for what I've heared - Dell Notebooks are not very reliable and the cases are rattly somehow (???))
